Easy Vegan Caramel

I love caramel. Who doesn't? This is a simple and delicious dairy-free caramel sauce. Enjoy!


150g Medjool dates 1/2 c canned coconut milk (120 ml) 4 T maple syrup pinch of salt 1 - 2 t vanilla extract (optional) Blend and use as you'd like. Store in refrigerator.
